Dr. Rob McDaniel is the Director of the Washington State University Extension Program for Digital Inclusion. He has a B.S. in Sociology/Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University (1972), an M.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Northern Illinois University (1977), and a Ph.D. in Applied Anthropology from Washington State University (1984). Rob is also the Associate Dean of the WSU Center for Distance and Professional Education and the Director of the WSU Extension Community Resource Development Program. |

Monica Babine is the Senior Associate for e-Work at the Washington State University Extension Program for Digital Inclusion. Her involvement in telework dates back to 1990 where she was a teleworker, supervised teleworkers and managed a telework program. Prior to joining WSU, she led a consulting firm that provided presentations, consultation and training for both telework and economic development. Monica was at QWEST for fourteen years where she worked in operations, customer service and public affairs. She currently implements WSU's Rural Telework Demonstration Research Project. Monica is an active member of the Telework Collaborative and International Telework Association & Council and was president of the Pacific Northwest Telework. |

Dr. Matthew Mitchell is the Director of theCommunity Technology Opportunity Program at Washington State University Extension Program for Digital Inclusion. He has worked closely with a statewide coalition to advance the practice of community technlogy. Currently he is administering the Community Technlogy Opportunity Program (CTOP). Matthew is a member of the Washington State Department of Information Services' High Speed Internet Strategy Work Group and the Communities Connect Network's Council on Digital Inclusion. Previously, Matthew has served as the Deputy Director of the WSU Extension CBDD Global Networks, focusing on African IT policy, regulation and e-learning. He has a BA in Philosophy (University of Colorado), an MA in Education (Prescott College), and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies (Gonzaga University). His research areas focus on the impact of information communication technology (ICT) on socioeconomic development, the effects of technology on social justice and inclusion, and leadership in the information society. Matthew's programmatic work has dealt with domestic and international socio-cultural-economic development leveraged by the purposeful application of ICT. Matthew lives in Spokane, Washington. |
