Brooke Hicks Brooke Hicks joins the Center to Bridge the Digital Divide with 6 years experience with Washington State University. After moving to Pullman in 2000, she was Program Coordinator for the Institutional Animal Care & Use Committee (IACUC) at the Research Compliance Office.
